Purchase Terms for Online Courses or Files

1. Online Course Content: Our courses consist of pre-recorded video lessons designed to provide comprehensive training on various topics. Some videos and files may also appear in multiple courses.
2. Refund Guarantee: All online courses come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for details. (hadiTraining.net/guarantee)
3. Single User License: Purchased files and courses are for individual use only. Reselling or sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.
4. Activation Requirements: Online courses are can be activated on one device only. Supported platforms include Mac, Windows, and Android. iOS is currently not supported.
5. Content Accuracy: While we strive to provide high-quality content, the responsibility for the accuracy of all codes and files ultimately rests with the user’s independent verification.
6. Access Duration: Online courses are guaranteed to be accessible for two years. If any access issues occur within this period, please contact us for support. It should be mentioned that we currently have no policy in place regarding the removal of access after this period.
7. Support: Online courses support is available via the Telegram app. We provide answers to course-related questions for up to 6 months, as long as the questions are within our area of expertise.

Live Session Terms

A) Session Content

• The sessions are live, private classes conducted online. Activities may include teaching concepts, reviewing articles, problem-solving, writing or reviewing code, assigning tasks between sessions, sending files, and other interactive engagements.

B) Disclaimers

While we offer support in your work, the final responsibility for accuracy and successful completion rests with you as the researcher.

C) Confidentiality and Ownership Rights

• The materials (codes and files) developed during the sessions, as well as any modifications made by the participant afterward, may be reused by Hadi Training, ensuring the confidentiality of the student’s research. While general codes may be repurposed, the specific results of your research will not be utilized.

D) Time and Cost Calculation

• Sessions are billed hourly. For the first session, payment is required immediately upon its completion, while payment for future sessions is required in advance.
• Due to the nature of online sessions, occasional connection issues, such as temporary voice loss, are considered a part of the session time and cannot be excluded from time calculations. Although these interruptions are typically minor, we include this clause to ensure transparency in billing.

General Conditions

• All terms apply to both past and future purchases and sessions. Participation in any new session or purchase confirms your acceptance of these terms.
